Original Mu Tea could properly be called "synergy tea, for the complex realtionships between each herb seems to yield a depth and richnes of flavor that is more than the sum of its ingredientes. This caffeine-free combination of herbs gently energizes and, at the same time soothes and relaxes the body.
Simply steep 1 teabag in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes. For a deeper flavor, or to serve more people, simmer teabas (1 teabag for each pint of water) in a glass or enamel- coated pan or teapot for several minutes, according to the desired taste and strenth. Original Mu Tea is great mixed with apple juice or cider and served hot as a spicy winter punch, or chilled as a refreshing summer cooler.
